Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Radion API (api.radion.app) or website (radion.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Radion provides a prediction market signal API. It aggregates and scores on-chain Polymarket trader behaviour to produce signals including smart-money probability, crowd probability, probability gap, and a confidence score. The service is intended for developers, traders, and researchers building trading tools and workflows.

3. Not financial advice

Radion signals are informational only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

All trading decisions are yours alone. Past signal accuracy does not guarantee future results. You accept full responsibility for any trading or investment decisions made using data from this service.

4. API access and keys

• API keys are issued per account and must not be shared publicly or with unauthorised parties.
• You are responsible for all activity under your API key.
• If your key is compromised, contact us immediately via Discord to rotate it.
• Rate limits are enforced per plan. Exceeding limits will result in request rejection, not additional charges.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw API responses as a standalone data product.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring model or circumvent rate limits.
• Use the service in a way that disrupts or degrades infrastructure for other users.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Building products, agents, or workflows that consume and act on Radion signals is explicitly permitted and encouraged.

6. Plans and billing

• The Trial plan is free and requires no payment method.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. Pricing is listed on the pricing page.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

7. Data and availability

• Signals are derived from public Polymarket data and on-chain records. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or due to upstream data source issues.
• Signal freshness depends on market activity and plan tier. See the documentation for details.

8. Intellectual property

The scoring model, signal methodology, and platform code are proprietary to Radion. API responses may be used in your products subject to the acceptable use terms above. The Radion name and logo may not be used without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these terms are violated. You may cancel your plan at any time via Discord. On termination, your API key is revoked and access to the service ceases at the end of the billing period.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including trading losses. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on Discord.
