Radion ("we", "us", "our") operates the API available at api.radion.app and the website at radion.app. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

We keep data collection minimal. We are not in the business of selling or monetising your personal information.

2. Data we collect

Account and access data

  • Email address or Discord identity used to request API access.
  • API keys issued to your account.
  • Plan tier and billing status.

Usage data

  • API request logs: endpoint, timestamp, response code, and rate-limit counters.
  • IP address associated with API requests, retained for abuse prevention.

Website analytics

  • Page views and click events collected via PostHog. No personally identifiable information is attached to these events.

3. How we use your data

  • To provision and manage your API access.
  • To enforce rate limits and detect abuse.
  • To send service-related communications, including outages, plan changes, and deprecations.
  • To understand how the product is used and improve it.

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Third-party services

  • PostHog: product analytics. Data is processed under PostHog's privacy policy.
  • Polymarket: public on-chain and market data used to generate signals. No personal data is shared with Polymarket.
  • Discord: used for community access and support. Governed by Discord's privacy policy.

5. Data retention

API request logs are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via Discord or at the email listed below.

7. Security

API keys are hashed at rest. We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Treat your API key as a secret. Do not share it in public repositories or conversations.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
